We have a 4 race series planned for this summer.
Six Rivers NEMBA, Youth Cycle Project, and Town of Topsham Recreation are thrilled to present the My Bike Race Series at the Topsham Ponds Trails and Neptune Woods, designed for youth ages 4 to 18!
This exciting series invites young riders of all abilities to experience the joy of mountain biking in a safe, supportive, and adventure-filled environment. With age-appropriate courses winding through the scenic Topsham Ponds Trails, participants will enjoy friendly competition, skill-building, and plenty of summer fun. Whether your child is new to biking or already loves the trails, this is a perfect way to stay active, make friends, and celebrate the spirit of outdoor adventure!
The event will take place at Topsham Ponds for the first 2 races, and then possibly transition to Neptune Woods providing the bridge maintenance is completed. More info will be available as we get closer. The start line for Topsham Pond is located near the Pump track, at 97 Townsend Way, Topsham, ME 04086 (Topsham Transfer Station). Entrance and registration will open at 5 pm, and races will begin at 6 pm. Race start times will be staggered for the categories listed below. The race start time will be posted at registration; however, all groups should start by 6:30 pm and finish by 7:15-7:30 pm. We aim to adhere to approximate times on the course, although distances may vary depending on the day or racecourse layout.
More information will be available at the registration table. Registration is day of and cash only. Littles are FREE, all other races $15 per participant. This year we are also offering a family discount, $10 for each additional child in the family that is racing!
