Free time with games will have personal space awareness implemented.
Reinforce washing of hands after use of the bathroom and before any snacks or lunch.
With any first aid being provided (based on the severity) staff will be using a mask as well as gloves. Or the camper may apply first aid to themselves if it is a basic scrape.
Parents will be asked to make responsible decisions based on the health of your child in regards to sending them to camp. We ask that if your child is not feeling well, regardless of specific COVID symptoms, they stay home.
Parents will not be allowed in the community house at drop off or pick up. All transitions at these times will be outside, at a prescreening check-in location.
Kids will be in charge of their own backpack, bikes, equipment etc.
There is no equipment storage.
All kids will be required to ride with a buff. When stopping for instruction, in groups, trailheads or congested area. All kids will be asked to “buff up”, that requires them to cover nose and mouth. Youth Cycle Project will have “wicked cool Buffs for purchase at check-in, for $11. All campers/families will be required to download the FREE App HEALTHY TOGETHER. Upon arrival at any of the camps. programs or instructions you will be asked to show us the same day check-in, on the app. This app is user friendly and educates us all on the culture of safety we need to be aware of to hold our programs at this time.
